/etc/motd duplicate twice gentoo linux


i've run problem where i'm removing twin printouts /etc/motd record gentoo linux. sshd doing printouts, i toggle configuring /etc/ssh/sshd_config, nonetheless i can't out who's duplicate second copy. i can't invalidate sshd duplicate out motd due an review requirement. i'm controlling whack shell, it's worth



any ideas who's duplicate second copy? i don't cruise it's bash, i change /etc/passwd /bin/ksh shell, i still motd displayed.
