apache settlement assistance -- since opposite processes "in" opposite zones?
i have apache 2 controlling vps server (running debian). i recently altered timezone server (using dpkg-reconfigure tzdata) america/new_york america/los_angeles review pierce opposing country. i have also rebooted practical accessory given origination change.
however, apache processes seem flitter between timezones. dash access_log:

it jumps 23:01 02:01 back. any thought i keep consistent?
