how i email csv files specific emails?

i have list (volunteers_2009) volunteers stored within, following i have list (venues) list opposite venues invitation work (volunteers indifferent venue each, stored within volunteers_2009.venue_id, equals venues.id)

the venues list also buttress emails, any email management any venue.

what i wish means automatically send any management an email csv record volunteers list (volunteers_2009), during process, i wish review adult volunteers_2009.venue_id venues.id send csv wholly volunteers indifferent chairman's venue, management wholly receives csv volunteers indifferent venue.

i run thru venues table, start during beginning, review venues.id volunteers_2009.venue_id, following run csv trade duty lift information where venue_id = #, following insert email target venues.chair_email.

i already have trade csv function, i only pass venue_id lift suitable volunteers, i have operative email duty well, i pass tie recipient.
