building full calm hunt engine: where start

i wish web concentration controlling (so anxiety libel python). concentration needs rudimentary hunt engine, users means information naming keywords.

for example, i have list those rows:

1 business space
2 2001: space
odyssey
3 brazil

and user queries "space", rows 1 2 returned. user queries "office space", outcome should rows 1 2 too (row 1 first).

what technical guidelines/algorithms rudimentary way?

can give me good pointers speculation behind this?

edit: i'm looking anything challenging here (say, indexing tons data).
