javascript list manipulation


i have list buttress 10 rows. initial buttress rows calm quarrel headers, "header 1", "header 2". second buttress contains fields user form information (textboxes checkboxes).



i wish have symbol during tip labelled "add new...", have emanate third column, same fields initial column. user clicks again, emanate another vacant buttress fields (as second column).
