how i exercise twist windows?

i have followed instructions here:

to exercise & config apache
get php5 packages
and twist packages.

i run apache run php script. problem.
but i run php book curl, fails.

it returns: **call capricious duty curl_version() c:\program files\apache program foundation\apache2.2\htdocs\testing.php line 5**

in line 5 called curl_init()

i cost php -i presumably right route progression called. justly set:

extension_dir => c:\php\ext => c:\php\ext
curl support => enabled
curl information => libcurl/7.16.0 openssl/0.9.8g zlib/1.2.3

i even attempted run curl_version() nonetheless still, same kind blunder comes up.

it looks php can't twist extension, nonetheless php.ini (and also php -i) shows set.

any idea? :)

windows xp
apache 2.2
php 5.2.6
curl win32 general binaries: win32 2000/xp  metalink    7.19.0  binary  ssl enabled     daniel stenberg     249 kb

i didn't this:

win32 2000/xp   7.19.0  libcurl     ssl enabled     gnter knauf    1.55 mb
should i instead?

the reason i need twist requirement project. so, i wholly hang that.
xampp... does work windows? there any site recommend? thanks.

i have attempted lot things installing twist check everything, nonetheless still, i'm stilling surrounding around problem have thought what's going on.

the apache server uses right php.ini. php.ini repremand extension_dir extension=php_curl.dll
i have thought since doesn't work. even i follow each step sourroundings up. :(
